The Large Office Conference Room Kit is designed to meet all of your audio needs; to do that, this kit includes the following:

(10) Atlas FAP42T Speakers

(4) Shure MX418DC Microphones

(4) Hosa HMICO25 Microphone Cables

(1) Shure SCM810 Microphone Mixer

(1) TOA P912MK2 Power Amplifier

(1) MB25B Rack Mount Kit

(1) L01F Input Module

(1) Hosa HMIC005 Patch Cable

(1) 151001-500 Spool of Wire

Here’s how easy it is to install this in your boardroom/conference room:

  1. Run the included speaker wire (151001-500) to speaker locations.
  2. Install speakers. The Atlas FAP42T speakers include everything you need for either drop ceiling tile or solid sheetrock ceilings.
  3. Distribute the 4 Shure MX418DC desk mics on your conference/boardroom table. The mics have an attached 10’ cable plus your conference room kit includes four 25’ extension mic cables. If longer cables are needed, simply upgrade your kit. We’ll help you do that for a small service fee.
  4. Place the mixer and amplifier in an out of the way, yet easy-to-reach location so you can make some loudness adjustments as needed. Cut off the male connector from the mic cables and bare wires to fit into connectors of the mixer.
  5. Insert the L01F module into the amp and tighten down the screws firmly holding it in the amp.
  6. Use the 5’ patch cable to connect the mixer and amp together.
  7. Read your manual on the Shure SCM810 mixer to set levels. Test the system and you’re done!

Congratulations, you have purchased QUALITY products with multi-year warranties. The sound should be very, very good. Also note that a CD Player could be added to your system to provide some background music as desired.
