Rapco-Horizon Microphone Cables feature heavy-duty Neutrik XLR connectors with gold plating soldered to a shielded 4 conductor mic wire. This cable consists of four conductors arranged as two pairs in an "X" configuration. The result is a microphone cable that resists induced noise in the most severe environments.

The CANFM series cables also have a Canare outer PVC jacket that is slick to the touch. This makes handling easier as they don't pick up dirt as much as other matte jackets.
